How being a shopper works
Deliver fashion in 15 minutes
You shop items at your mall and hand them to a driver at the checkpoint. You never deliver to homes.
Two kinds of orders
Partner stores hand you the item already packed. Everywhere else, you shop like a regular customer and pay with the Instamall card on your phone.
One mall. Assigned orders.
You work scheduled shifts at one mall. Orders route to you automatically. This is an hourly W-2 job, not gig work.
Returns come back through you
Premium returns: a driver brings the item to your checkpoint. Free returns: the customer brings it to you in a scheduled window. Either way, you take it to the original store to approve or deny.
Photos prove every step
Up to four enforced photos: receipt and sealed bag on every order, an intake photo when a Free return reaches you, and the return receipt or voucher when you approve. No photo, no progress.
Paid to perform
Hourly base through Paychex, plus daily streaks.
